Can Marvin Vettori actually beat Israel Adesanya at UFC 263

I'm going to start this article off by saying :

 ' there is legit something wrong with Marvin Vettori'

You can look at one picture of this guy and he looks like a million bucks... Im definetely #nohomo , however I got a good idea of what a attractive male looks like. 

Vettori has a great deal of photos on the net where he looks like a fucking Calvin Klien model.... 

Then......... he has some photos where he looks like he is seriously on a combination of meth and roids.  Like he should be someone you should avoid eye contact with and 📞📲 call the police 🚔 if you see him immidiately.  Scary stuff man. 

   The differences in the photos are stark. You really have to look deep to realize there the same guy. 

Ok moving on.....

  

 With that being said, I like Vettori.  👍 , and I think he has a great shot at not only beating Israel , but utterly destroying him and maybe even finishing him in a bad bad way. 

Let's take a look at how the two stack up against each other physically via tapology.com matchup data :

Both fighters are still young enough that age related stamina or other age issues should not be a factor... the glaring physical advantages that stand out when you look at this chart is the 4 inch height and 6 inch reach advantage of Adesanya.  

And if this fight stays on the feet for a significant portion of the bout length,  then this matters big time.  But , here is what I think is going to happen. 

I think Israel is about to loose his title. I THINK HE HAS BEEN EXPOSED AS A NON-WRESTLING FIGHTER.... For what he truly is a Kick Boxer. By Jan Blachowitz in their recent bout.

If Vettori abandons all will to strike with Adesanya,...... and takes him to the ground like and he needs to do it swiftly., like bedding down a pretty brunette on prom 🌙night... wham ... single leg down to the mat... within the first minute of every round. You got a new Middle Weight 🏆Champion.  REACH AND HEIGHT ADVANTAGE MAKES NO DIFFERENCE THEN. 

And let's be honest Vettori , that's why he lost the first fight. He is not a kickboxer and does not have the reach to be advantageous standing against Adesanya.  

If he decides to get drawn into that battle... although we know he will fair ok... it's over. Adesanya is more gifted there than he is. 

So can this pretty one day - ugly the next goofy looking mofo beat Adesanya... I think so. His wrestling may be the best in the Middleweight division , and is among the best in the UFC period from what I seen.  

And despite what Israel said at the press conference after his lost to Blachowitz ; about now everyone in the middleweight division is going to think it is as easy as taking him to the ground , but he would prove otherwise.

I think it could be just that easy. Vettori can't be naive and forget that Adesanya can absolutely shut his lights out on the shot in to a single or double leg takedown ... or plant a knee to his dome like he did to Brunson. 

But , I expect Vettori to make Adesanya prove that it is not as Easy as just taking him to the ground and running position and clock on him. 

And Let's be real and fucking brutally honest here...... 

 

I'm trying to figure out why nobody really has tried to wear his ass out on the ground other than Brunson in the middleweight division... I understand he has good take down defense.... but really other than Brunson and Gastuleum ( a little)..... nobody else even pressed the issue. 

Let's take a look at the stats on the two fighters via UFC.com fights stats ;

    Wooooo , look at that boys and girls... that tells a real story don't it. 

   They are effectively almost identical in output and strikes absorbed , of course we know Adesanya is gifted on a special level with striking... but the raw numbers tell you Vettori is atleast able to hold his own percentage wise.... 

 But the numbers expose Adesanya's ground game.... non existent.  

Final verdict.
