The first fight of UFC VEAGS 42 could prove to be fight of the night. Kennedy Nzechukwu a 6'5 monster of a light Heavyweight will take on Da Un Jung. 


Kennedy goes into this match-up a underdog , despite having a better training pedigree. As well as a almost 6 inch reach advantage. 


Fireworks will certainly fly when these two meet this weekend without a doubt. 


   I've been watching Kennedy . His ring awareness and fight IQ are good. He needs some improvement in not standing still at times and taking damage. 


But also, it's just how Kennedy fights. He is great at lolling his prey into believing they are safe. With a high guard Kennedy will likely look to deflect a  great deal of the early onslaught of DA UNG JUNG. And as JUNG tires , and starts to slow down a bit. That's when Kennedy will start trying to land precision strikes. 


Listen, he is great at not wasting energy. It seems somewhere through his 10 fight career he has worked his way into a style that enables him to weather early damage. Then take his opponents to the deep end of the pool and drown them. 


And it sneaks up on them. One minute there in the kiddie side of the pool just unloading shots on Kennedy in knee high water. Then before they realize it he has them in water over there head and is dragging them to the bottom to drown them. 


He does this by turning on the striking after the mid way point of the fight. Almost as if he is good with his opponent winning the first half on points. Just as long as he doesn't get knocked out by DA UNG JUNG. This fight has fight of the night potential all over it.

DA UNG JUNG will likely not be to tentative. But he will be a bit cautious of Kennedy's power. Look for one round of action where Kennedy allows DA to just throw and open up. He will use a high guard to deflect these shots while calculating reads and angles he can use in  round 2.

Sean Strickland to be Finished by Nassourdine Imavov at UFC FIGHT NIGHT VEGAS 67

  Listen Man , Sean Strickland is a Elite MIXED Martial Arts Fighter.  However, with that being said. I think the UFC made a mistake. He has (in my opinion) not a great chance in this fight.  That is of course if Imavov shows up with enough cardio. ?I just feel Sean is too one dimensional.  He does have excellent cardio and a elite jab.
